Approx 10-25 bricks have chip marks above 15mm.
​These are to be repaired, plus some of the smaller ones to make up to a full days work. 
TECHNICIAN VISIT #1

Works delayed due to homeowner not happy about decision to just repair 10-15 chipped bricks with chips measuring greater than 15mm.  We completed repairs to more than 100no. chips, including the 10-15 highlighted bricks. It was noted that many more chips had appeared, greater than 15mm.

​Customer (homeowner) signed off work but said that they would be complaining due to the amount of outstanding chips, etc, that they said should be repaired.

TECHNICIAN VISIT #2
Customer complained in regards to finishing quality of repairs.
Upon our return it was noted that some of the repairs had dried light. It was confirmed that this was due to immediate rainfall after our works on the first visit. These repairs were quickly repaired.
We noted that there appeared to be many more repairs than previous noted, many above 15mm.
We completed many more repairs and the homeowner approved the cosmetic finish of the repairs. 
On this visit we completed in excess of 100no repairs, focusing on repairs that measured greater than 15mm.
